Event organized by Clust-ER Health Emilia-Romagna

Clust-ER Health Emilia-Romagna, an association supported by the Emilia-Romagna Region to enhance the competitiveness of the regional Health and Wellness Industries sector, will take part in Labotec as a hub for the regional innovation ecosystem, alongside technology hubs, university groups, and other strategic stakeholders.

Session content

In both the exhibition space and the dedicated workshop, a key theme for the future of science will take center stage: reducing the environmental impact of research and innovation in health. Technology hubs and universities are actively embracing this approach, promoting best practices ranging from assessing the environmental impact of projects and adopting circular economy processes, to training research personnel in methodologies and tools for reducing the ecological footprint of laboratories — in a "green labs" perspective.

This will be an opportunity to showcase concrete projects, share experiences, and build connections among those working every day toward more sustainable and responsible science.

The event will be held in Italian
